WHAT RESOLUTION PHOTOS DOES PANOCLIP SHOOT?
Photo resolution is based on the resolution of your phone’s front and back cameras, and varies based on phone model.
IS PANOCLIP COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID PHONES?
PanoClip is currently only compatible with iPhone. But an Android version is on the way. Sign up for our mailing list below to be the first to know when it arrives.
WHAT IPHONE MODELS ARE PANOCLIP AND PANOCLIP LITE COMPATIBLE WITH?
PanoClip’s base model comes in three sizes. They are compatible with iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X, including Plus models of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8. Users should select the size that fits their phone. A single size fits both iPhone 7 and 8, and another size fits both iPhone 7 Plus and 8 Plus.

The PanoClip Lite is sold in a single configuration, which can be adjusted to fit different iPhones. It is compatible with iPhone 6/Plus, iPhone 6s/Plus, iPhone 7/Plus, iPhone 8/Plus, iPhone X.

ANY TIPS FOR GETTING GREAT-LOOKING SHOTS?
The photo-shooting process takes a couple seconds to complete. To get the best shot, do your best to avoid moving during this process. Also, avoid placing any important subjects at the border between the two lenses – directly to the left or right of your phone.
WHAT TYPE OF SCREEN PROTECTORS AND CASES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE PANOCLIP?
The PanoClip base model will automatically adjust to screen protectors of varying thickness, including both thin, flexible ones and thicker, rigid ones. PanoClip is also compatible with thin protective cases. PanoClip Lite is not compatible with protective cases and works with only the thinnest type of flexible, plastic-film screen protector.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE PANOCLIP’S LENSES?
The carry pouch included in your PanoClip package is also a useful lens cloth. Before you shoot, use it to clean both of the PanoClip’s lenses, as well as the lenses of your phone’s front and back cameras. Clean the lenses using a circular motion around the center of the lens.

Shipping

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

There are two shipping methods available:

Expedited shipping; approximately 3-6 business days.

Standard shipping; approximately 3-12 business days.

Registered air mail; approximately 10-35 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For products in stock, we promise to ship within 1-3 business days. For the shipping time of pre-ordered products, please refer to the "estimated shipping time" on the Confirm Order page. Successfully paid orders are sorted into different "batches" based on the sequence in which they were placed. Different shipping "batches" lead to different shipping dates. Please notice that the "estimated shipping time" and the "batch" number will update continuously and can only be used as a reference. We will try our best to arrange your shipping by this date.

WHY DIDN'T MY PAYMENT SUCCEED?
Payment failure could be caused by the settings of your credit card or payment account, such as your payment limit or available credit. Please verify this information first. Meanwhile, to ensure your payment safety, banks and payment platforms have their own protection mechanisms. Transactions rated as high risk by their risk control systems will be blocked automatically. If you are paying by credit card, please contact your issuing bank to see if they have deemed the transaction suspicious and blocked it from going through. If you cannot solve your payment problem, please contact us at ecommerce@panoclip.com for help.

Order

HOW DO I CHANGE ORDER INFORMATION?
If you need to change your shipping information, such as shipping address and telephone number, please contact us at ecommerce@panoclip.com before the order is shipped. 
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has been paid for, you can contact ecommerce@panoclip.com to cancel the order before the order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
Products purchased at PanoClip Store can be returned within 7 days upon receipt of the product without any reason. The product has to be in unopened, factory condition and PanoClip will only refund the full price of the product. Costs like customs fees and shipping costs will not be refunded. PanoClip Store will offer you an exchange should you encounter any quality issues with the product within 7 days from the date of the completed transaction. We will refund you if there is no exchange unit. We will also be responsible for any costs incurred during this type of exchange and refund. PanoClip Store will not provide a refund or exchange for any product issues caused by customers. You are welcome to contact PanoClip customer service at service@panoclip.com for any maintenance requests. Fees and charges are subject to the evaluation of PanoClip customer service.
